C6250 connection issues

Good day dont know what happened but my C6250 is doing strange things all of a sudden. Got on the internet no problem this morning and now it cant even find my internet. My sign in info is completly gone. Called Xfinity and they told me it was working great and is connected to the internet. I have a iMac, iPad, iPhone and windows computure and none of these items can find my internet. For some reason instead of my login info I have Netgear21 and Netgear21-5G comes up. I have tried to sign into the genie to no avail. Can someone please help me?

Thank you

"login info"?  Assuming that you mean the names (SSIDs) of your
wireless network, do the actual names which you're seeing agree with the
SSID name(s) on your product label?  If so, then apparently your
modem+router has had a (spontaneous?) settings reset.  I'd try
reconfiguring it as if it were new.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.

       "tried" what, exactly, how, exactly?

Which "genie"?  Ever helpful, Netgear uses the name "Genie" for more
than one thing.  Netgear routers have a web-browser interface called
"Genie", and Netgear offers application programs for various
computers/tablets/phones, which are also called "Genie".  (I'd stick
    with the web-browser interface.)

"tried" or "to no avail" is not a useful problem description.  It
does not say what you did.  It does not say what happened when you did
it.  As usual, showing actual actions with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

Thank you so very much I was thinking the same thing that somehow the router had reset itself. Finally got into Netgear Genie and was able to put it back to my original sign in info.

Keep an eye on it.  If the problem recurs, then you might want to
try an intentional reset, to ensure that it gets done
properly/completely, followed by the usual reconfiguration.

After that, you might be looking at a hardware problem (power adapter
        or modem+router).
