C6250 Keeps Dropping Connection

I've been having problems with my router for the last couple months.  I am constantly (on the order of 15+ times a day) losing my Upstream connection, and when I check my dashboard, I see that 1 or more channels are no longer locked.  I've done every bit of troubleshooting I can think of, including all the various suggestions here.  I had the Spectrum tech out today and he checked the line, said that it's good up to the house.

One thing I've been noticing (I started looking after I saw where someone had pointed it out on the board) is that, when 1 or more Upstream channels come unlocked, the power on the rest spikes up above 50 dBmV.  Currently all four channels are locked and the power on each is 42.5 dBmV or thereabouts.  Here's a snapshot of the current connection info.  I rebooted the router about 15 minutes ago.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.  And any additional info needed, I'll be happy to provide.

from the look of it you have line issues. But your logs help confirm that. Got a screen snip of the logs?

Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
