C6300 5GHz Keeps Disconnecting

Hi all, I bought my Netgear AC1750 C6300 from Amazon June 19 of last year and loved it combined with my TWC.  But just 2 days ago, my 5GHz wifi keeps shutting off on my desktop about 5-10 mins after connecting.  It's a first and have been on it while my other devices have been on 2.4GHz since I bought it.  I switch over to me 2.4 and it works, no issues, but when I try to go BACK to the 5, I get the same issue.  I tried changing channels, disconnecting, and even factory resetting my modem but the same issue still arrises.  Anyone have this issue?

    Can you tell me what firmware version the modem is showing its typically located in the top right hand corner when you log into the modem.
