The 2nd link down seems to have fixed the problem. It is to disable "receive side scaling" on the modem. For more details, see the 2nd link.

Is this a wired connection to the router? Those messages appear to be related to the device fitted to the computer, have you looked to see if there are diver updates available for the relevant device? Do you know what the model of the device is (listed in Device Manager)?

Yes, it is hard wired (ethernet) and the WiFi continues to work fine, but the computer internet connection drops. It is a cable modemWifi and is a AC1750 model C6300. According to the website, there are no driver updates available. I am using it on Cox cable. It is a Dell PC and had Windows 7 on it and upgraded to Windows 10 and now the problems started.

Your last post is not clear, are you referring to the drivers for the networking device (Ethernet) fitted to the computer? It is that device that I believe might need updated drivers.

Yes, going to the Netgear web site, it says there are no new drivers for my Modem. It also says it should operate properly with Windows 10. My computer is connected directly to the Modem with an ethernet cable.
