C6300 Channel 0
This has been a nightmare as my C6300 is not working properly.
Basically, the wired and wireless work fine with both a 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz Wifi. When I connected my laptop to the 5Ghz, boom the wifi completely drops across every device on the network. The wired still works fine, but when I went in to check the settings the channels for both 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz changed to 0. A hard reset fixed the problem, but as soon as I tried reconnecting my laptop the wifi just dropped as if it was turned off.
I even tried disabling the 5 Ghz and using only the 2.4 Ghz. I did the factory reset, but the problem still comes up.
It seems as if I cannot use that laptop with my network because the channel switches to 0. I set it to 11 since that was the least congested in my area, but the same problem keeps happening.
Anyone experience the same problem and have solutions?

Have you tried to update the wireless drivers on that laptop?
