C6300 Connectivity issues (upstream and downstream are amber)

I've been having issues getting connected to the internet for the past couple of days. I've turned the modem off/on, pressed the reset button, disconnected all the wires, reboots, and factory resets. When the modem comes back on the internet is usually too slow to even use. After the most recent reboot it has come back to normal but both the upstream and the downstream lights are amber. This happened before and the internet went back to being unusable. What can I do to fix it?

You need to have the isp check the line.

You're only getting 1 locked upstream and downstream channel. the upstream has low power and the downstream has a ton of errors.

If you have any splitters, amplifers, or attenuators in line, you can remove them. check the coax for kinks, damage, corrosion, or other issues.
