C6300 Drops Wifi every month

I am on TWC/Spectrum and Modem loses WIFI , both 2.4 and 5G once a month and a reboot or power restart fixes the issue. The Firmware is changed when this happens to 2.01.18 and after I reboot unit, firmware is now 2.01.22. Called TWC support and they don't even understand how a cable modem works, and claim that because it user owned, call Netgear

 

Anyone know how to block the FW change?

    FW should not go back and forth. Are seeing that? It should be on 2.01.22 or higher.

     

    how often can you see the issue?

      Happens once a month and when it does I lose WiFi I look at the router and I see that the firmware is at. 18 and then I reset the router or power reset and it goes back to. 22
