C6300 Ethernet port not working

I have the C6300 and set it up and all ethernet ports worked.  The next day my security NVR was not reachable.  I determined that IP the device now showed was 192.168.1.10.  My range is 192.168.0.10 and higher.  The subnet Mask was also incorrect and the device was set to DHCP.

I hard coded an available IP of 192.168.0.100 with the proper gateway ad DNS setting form my ISP. Set the device to STaic IP. Restarted the NVR and the router still did not see the device.  I am unable to ping the address.

ANy suggestions?

Not a very detailed description of anything.  How is it connected to
    your C6300 modem+router?  Wired?  Wireless?

    > [...] I determined that IP the device now showed was 192.168.1.10.

       "determined" how?  "showed" where/how?

    > [...] My range is 192.168.0.10 and higher.

So, default, except for a reduced DHCP pool range (".10" - ".254"
    rather than ".2" - ".254")?

    > [...] The subnet Mask was also incorrect [...]

Which kind of "incorrect"?  If you reveal the actual mask, then we
could each form an opinion of its correctness.

    > [...] and the device was set to DHCP.

That could be consistent with a connection to a different router, or,
at least, a different DHCP server.  What else is on your LAN which might
    qualify?

You're talking about setting static IP parameters on the
    (unspecified) "my security NVR"?

    > [...] the router still did not see the device.

       "see" how, exactly?

    > [...] I am unable to ping the address.

Which "the address", from where?  What's the IP address of that
computer/device?  What was the actual error message from "ping"?
    Copy+paste is your friend.

"unable" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations ("did not see", for example).

        Hi Diskddw,

If you already modify the IP settings of NVR within the same IP range of the Cable modem/router, you need to test first.

Connect the computer wired to NVR.

Assign the static IP address in range of the 192.168.1.x over LAN

Check if you can ping the new IP address

Check if you can access the NVR configuration page

Another way, changing the C6300 IP DHCP in range of the NVR 192.168.1.x network.
