C6300 in bridge mode with USB
Hello Everyone,
Can I still use the USB fuction if I put the C6300 in bridge mode? How do you access to the web portal when it is in bridgemode? Thanks.

wont work.
In Bridge mode, C6300 is converted to simple Bridged L2 modem.

I know nothing, but I'd tend to doubt it. I'd expect names like
"routerlogin.net" and "readyshare" to fail, but that you might have a
better chance with an IP address.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read? (My quick skim found
nothing obvious.)

For the management web site, I'd try "192.168.100.1". Whether that's
good for any other purpose, I know not.

Thanks for your info.
I have tried to put it in bridge mode and the USB ready share just went away. The reason I asked because I purchase Orbi the wifi system, C6300 5G network singal just not that great. Orbi is good, except it take the USB external hard drive away. In order to continue to use USB readyshare, I will have to put the Orbi in bridge mode, but, almost all the nice features from Orbi will go away. Therefore, if I can put the C6300 in bridge mode and still enjoy the USB readyshare, will be the best scenario for me, thanks for your time again.

Where, exactly, did you look for it?

Not an actual model number.

If you want to extend your wireless-network range, can you configure
any of your (unspecified) Orbi devices as a wireless access point?

Which "nice features"?
