C6300 Intermittent Connection Dropout

I'm having problems with my modem/router, it keeps dropping the internet connection recently. The only change I notice is the upload light is now orange. I've attached some info I was able to get. firmware V3.01.14

    Your upstream power is to high. 

    Do you have any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators in line? If so, remove them from the coax line.

      I don't have any splitters or amplifiers on the line. There used to be when we moved in a few months ago but I immediately removed them so the cable is directly plugged in to where it comes into the house. I haven't had this problem until just a few days ago.

        check the cable for loose, damanged, bad/old/corroded connections. 

        With the one channel having errors and the power the downstream is at, your upstream shouldn't be that high. Something is causing it to have to increase the upstream past a stable level to get the signal out .
