C6300 internet connection issue

Hi, I'm having a issue regarding the internet connection on my devices, some of them are connected but it said no internet service. I called my service provider they said everything is fine. My tablets, amazon fire stick and my magic jack has no connection? anyone can give me a advise? and i having trouble too to log in in the netgear account? thanks for the response.
