C6300 Internet Not Working

Hello Community, hoping for some help.

C6300 modem/router doesn't connect to internet on any devices anymore. I have Ethernet cables attached to Windows 10 Pc and there's an IP address but all web sites on all the browsers I've tried say "this site can't be reached" or similar.
I can't even access Netgear Routerlogin.
Likewise, when I connect to the WiFi network associated with the router on my iPhone, it says No Internet Connection and no websites can be reached in browser.
All lights are green on the front of the device.
I've called my ISP (Xfinity) and they've sent activation signals and reset the modem from their side (I could see the lights turn off and reset) so I'm pretty sure it's the hardware at this point.
I've unplugged/power cycled the device and tried the factory reset to no avail.
Any next steps on what to do are very much appreciated.

  • Issue resolved- I gave in and factory reset the device (safety pin to Reset button + holding down the wifi/security buttons on the front) and magically the default device name showed up on my phone and I was able to login to the Netgear router admin page again.
    Ethernet and wifi set back up and working. Hopefully won't have to resort to this again.
