C6300 No internet with COX
Moved into a new place and registered my C6300 with COX...all lights are solid green and they say that the modem is activated. However I try and connect to the network and it just brings me to the COX modem activate page which doesn't work unless im connected via phone tethering. When they try and ping they are saying that the modem is showing offline. Eventually they said it's a hardware issue and not on their end. Any ideas?

Power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.
Reboot your PC or device.
Be sure to clear ALL browser caches before entering a web page.
IF this still fails, contact the ISP and have them ensure the modem is fully associated with there system.
