C6300 Not able to connect to Netgear Genie
Hi, I'm trying to set up a parental controls in netgear C6300 in my home network. I installed Netgear Genie app on my windows PC and try connecting to C6300. when i click on router settings it gives an error "NETGEAR router is not found or is not supported. Also make sure teh device is not connected to the guest network of teh router and no IPV6 is enabled". I could login to C6300 using 192.168.0.1 but Genie app running in windows PC gives this error. any sugegstions to resolve this. Thanks

Have you tried to reinstall genie app? also have you tried the phone app?
