C6300 Not Broadcasting WiFi

As the title states, my modem-router is not broadcasting a WiFi signal. I registered my device with my ISP and everything is working on their end. I'm getting service, as my computer is currently hardwired to it and surfing the web. I've tried logging in via http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.0.1 and it says that I need to be connected to the WiFi signal from my device to login in to the device. I've also tried the WiFi on/off button on the device (which doesn't seem to do anything), as well as hitting the reset button and doing a full reset. Please help.

Welcome to what may be the worst error message in the world.  For an
    explanation, try:

Briefly, the idea is that "[www.]routerlogin.net" should point to
your own router, but that's true only if you use your own router for DNS
name resolution.  Irregardful, you should be able to get to the thing
using its IP address, if you can determine (or guess) that.

I don't see how you can get to that page if you specify the router's
IP address.  Knowing what "my computer" is might help in deciding how to
determine the router's IP address.  You can often get it from your
computer's IP configuration as the default gateway or router address (or
    some similar description).
