C6300 only solid Green power light

Question

Hello, I woke up this morning with my C6300 only having a solid Green power light on. I’ve tried power cycling it a number of times, but the same thing happens. I can’t even log into the router to troubleshoot. Anyone have an idea about how to correct this?

did you try a factory reset? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on

I attempted a factory reset, but nothing changed. The power light never changed, and no other lights came on

did you try it with the coax disconnected?&nbsp;
And hold reset for up to 30 seconds?&nbsp;

are you able to hardwire into it and ping it at 192.168.100.1 at all?&nbsp;
