C6300 random disconnects

Got this router for Christmas, everything seems to be working just fine. It is random when it happens. its a few second disconnect, all the lights are on, but i can be streaming wireless on the pc or playing ps4(disconnects playing CoD which is a pain) and it shuts off then comes back on instantly. Streaming to the other smart tvs and fire sticks work just fine. Same with phones, no issuses. just the ps4 and pc.

    Thank you for reaching out. The issue seems to be isolated on your PC and PS4 only. Are there any devices wired to the modem? Just to clarify, the modem itself doesn't turns off or power off, only the internet connection, is that correct? Do you happen to see the network message on your PC when the issue is happening? Who is your Internet provider and what is the firmware of your modem?
