c6300 suddenly suffering packet loss and slow download
I have the Netgear c6300
i have cox 300 mbps down, 15 up.
for a long time ive gotten my full speed.
all of the sudden im getting very high packet loss and like 20 mbps.
cox is trying to convince me its my settings on my router.
what even would cause this?
i think they want to sell me a 50$ technitian install
help please:)

Are you able to post the power levels of your modem and the event logs this may tell us if its an ISP issue or not.

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch...then log in to the modems web page and check log information.
