C6300 WiFi randomly turns off... often.

I keep losing wifi.  My wired connection keeps working when the wifi drops. 

 

LED lights on will be:

Top "lock" LED off

Green wifi LED on

 

Green Power LED on

Green Down LED on

Green Up LED off

Green Internet LED off

Green 2.4 GHz off

Green 5 GHz off

Green Network LED on

USB LED off

 

We have to unplug the C6300 for about 5 minutes and plug it back in to get wifi to work again.

 

Seems to be a common netgear issue, but I haven't found the fix for it.

    Hello JayWhy

     

    Try to change the wireless channel also try to lower the wireless speed which is labeled  mode see if that improves the connection.
