c6300 wont register a Samsung smartcam

I have a Samsung SmartCam snh-p6410bn, but when I tried to register this camera, the c6300 does not let the camera to be register.

please help.

    Is the camera giving some type or error? can you give some more detail on why its not working.

      Hi DarrenM,

      The camara has a Red, Green and blue LED light. when you first turn on the camera it is red, and after about 60 secons it turn Grenn (meaning it is readi for set-up).

      But after I login into to my samsung account and enter the camera serial number to register it, the LED light turn blue (meaning is connecting and it is trying to register the camera) and stays blue for more than 3 minutes and doesn't register the camera. (the LED light supposed to change to green).

      In my opinion it looks like the firewall from the router doesn't let the Samsung camera access the registration process.

        Have you checked with samsung to see if there is any ports you can open up so the cameras can communicate with the servers. Or is there a way you can connect them to a PC via usb cable to get them threw the registration process?
