C6300v2, downstream on but upstream flashing,no connection
Looking for help with my router, we had an Xfinity outage earlier today and the router went from working with occasional interruptions to connecting while saying there's no internet. Mousing over the Wi-Fi icon on my laptop says unidentifiable network.
On and downstream lights are on, upstream light is flashing, little globe icon below is dead.
Already tried reconnecting the coax and power cycled three times.
The interruption started after Xfinity came by and put fiber in and got worse after AT&T put something in my wall, but now I can't connect from any device at all.
Windows troubleshooting says network isn't IP configured / can't connect to the DHCP server. Shows 3 local area connections 8 10 and 14 when try to release / renew.
The technician might charge anywhere from 70 to 100 if the problem isn't Xfinity related, so want to avoid that if at all possible. Is this an issue I'd get charged for?

got a copy of the cable connections page?
That helps check the connection back to xfninity
And if they were messing with the lines and this all started afterwards, tends to point at the ISP.
