C6300V2 LOSING SIGNAL
Losing signal none stop. I just bought it last month .Cable co states it is the equipment. I did find something with the firmware but netgear will not talk with the customer that paid 179.00 for
their crapy equipment. what is up with that?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

If you paid 179 for this and are still in your return window, return it.
Reason why is its a pretty basic for router performance and only docsis 3.0.
For barely more than that price you could get a C7800 or CAX30 and have a better docsis 3.1 modem built in with a better integrated router as well.
But if you decide to keep it, a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs help check the line.
