C6300v2
Hi Im trying to troubleshoot my Netgear C6300v2 cable modem to see if it needs new firmware installed all my Roku televisions iphones and ring doorbell have no internet . The netgear box is only a year old. I have the ethernet cable going from box to computer . I clicked on firmwaredownload on net gear page in black but it will not open up. My Roku televisions say the signal strength is excellent. But it will not stream shows > my iphone and ring doorbell says no internet connection. Not sure how to get my electronics running. Thank You

First try a factory reset on the modem and setup from scratch using a wired PC connected to the modem and walk thru the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1. Might be at 192.168.0.1 as well.
Check your wire PC for internet access after completing the setup wizard.
Try setting the channels to 1 and 40 for WiFi channels under Basic Tab/Wireless settings.
WPA2 and AES only for wifi security.
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

The C series of cable modems do not have firmware that can be updated by the end user. Only the ISP can update your firmware. Not all ISPs provide firmware updates. Who is your ISP?
For reference, you can check your firmware version against the Netgear list here:
