c6900 Remote Access
I recently purchased the c6900 modem/router. The genie app will not let me register the product or enable remote access. Please help.

You refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac application, or an Android/iThing app.

Which "The genie app"? What happens when you try?

Not really. The original complaint was vague, but "The genie app"
was clear enough, especially with "register the product", which is not a
step with the web interface.- NjwozniaAspirantBy Genie app, I am referring to the mobile app. I apologize for the confusion, I was unaware that Genie referenced so many features. I completed the initial set up and the internet and wireless network are functioning fine. But it seems that many of the features from the mobile app are not working properly, such as registering the product and enabling remote access.
