C7000 and Frontier Fios no internet

Cannot get modem connected to fios... old router was g1100. Any suggestions? I contacted Frontier, they had me reset the ONT, and they tried to remove the g1100 on their end, and reconnect to the C7000, but didn't work. Conracted Netgear, they said to contact Frontier and have them bind the mac address... lol! Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you check with Frontier if the C7000 is a supported modem on there network?

    this is not a FIOS compatible device.

     

    It is made for cable companies such as Comcast, TimeWarner, Cox ,etc and not for Fiber companies such as ATT, Verizon, etc
