c7000 Disable WiFi radios at certain times?

I've heard WiFi is not the best radiation for your health, and I have seen that you can disable wifi at certain times of the night. However, the WiFi radio lights are still on my device. What's wrong, I thought it turned off if I set these settings?

Have you tried to connect a device to the wifi during these times even though the lights are still on?

It won't let me select a time zone, and the router's time zone is apparently different from my own.

The time zone is provided by the ISP CMTS it gives the modem the time.
