C7000 drop network

I have a netgear c7000. And it drop the network like 15 seg and the go stable wtf

A tech go to my house and say the signal level are good nothing wrong with the signal

BUT the speed drop like 15seg and them go stable and the drop by lan and wireless


I can't play game because of lag and dropping modem

And i reset the modem to factory default but not helps

I think modem cpu are very poor and weak that cold be the reason most equipment drop the network and weak hardware because they are not strong to run super fast speed and extreme stable signal cold damage the equipment cpu not fast enough and damage or reduce speed by super fast speed

Please next modem you made make a extreme cpu 4 core super fast ghz 2.40ghz or higher not dropping...... event if you have 10,000mbs this a example do not drop event if you use extreme heavy use network and multitasking ect
