please change 2.4G 289 Mbps
for 5GHz, you can 600 Mbps or even lower.

also i wanted to say that i live in an apt complex so any way i can enhance the ability of the radios with settings. id like to have as many options as possible, my old ISP assigned mdm was a technicolor 8715D, and it had the functionality i speak of, but just failed 2x in 3 months, wasnt gonna have it and wanted my own unit. so i bought quality.

do you want to increase the power?
easy way to reduce from HT80 to H20 which will slightly boost up power at the expense of bandwidth.

well that seemed to work, i can now get 252 mbps down, which is acceptable considering im using a beta wifi driver for my wifi card for win10, and had to tweak a couple thing on it to get that as well, im still hoping for a firmware update with better control of the radios though. this is the first non D2 momdem if logged into with no control over banfwidth output (20/40/80Mhz output), and being able to control the classes of wifi broadcasted by the wifi, i dont expect this right away, but im hopeful in future this may come. thanks for the help though guys.
