C7000 Speed & Connectivity Issues - DoS Attacks

Hi, I am having inconsistent speeds and connectivity with my C7000 modem router. I have been dealing with this for a long time. My power levels are good. I am the only one on my wireless band channels. But still I have issues. I finally found that maybe the DoS attacks in the logs could be causing this? But I noticed my girlfriends iPhone is reportedly one of the attackers. How can I stop these DoS attacks and/or are there other things I can do to get this c7000 to be more consistent? And why would her phone have a public IP where as mine is a static local IP?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

What wireless devices do you have?

Do a factory reset and this time don't set up a custom SSID name just yet.

After the modem is online, test the speeds with a wired PC. Then test with your wireless device. Connect to the default SSID first and check speeds. Speeds still inconsistent or consistent at this point?

After testing, set a custom SSID and PW.

Set a IP address reservation for your devices ON the router.
