It wasn't the line. I'm not sure if it was the provisining or the C7000, but I bought the CM1000 which is rated for a Gigabit, had it acctivated and I had the exact same issue, talked to a tech and he sent a refresh code now the issue is fixed. A part of me wants to add the C7000 back and have them send a refresh code just to see what happenes, but at this point I am just happy to have my speed back. Luckily I already had 6 Eero mesh routers because the CM1000 does not have a built in router.

I'd suspect you're right on the provisioning being the issue. Especially when they had to send it 2x to get the cm1000 working properly.
Really makes you suspect their setup department.
I'm glad to hear you got it functing though! I've had a cm1000 since they came out and its ran great for me. Hope you have the same luck.
