Internet light keeps flashing, spectrum says it's a router issue. Modem is 4 months old. NETGEAR tech support wants to charge me to reconfigure the modem, unbelievable. Does anyone know how to reconfigure this this product. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and logs?
Please take that and post them back here.
Also, if you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in line, remove them.

Hey, I have the same issue with Spectrum. They are telling me its my router. My router shows an excellent signal. They want me to buy their equipment. I wish i knew what to do. They wont fix the issue with my wifi. The tech came out and said there was a problem on the pole and they are saying their is no problem and that its my equipment that is failing. I know that is not the case. Any help here guys?
