C7000v2 internet speed dropped after reconnecting ethernet cable, wifi is still fast.

So I had to move the location of the mode/router and afterwards, direct connection speed is very slow.

I was getting 200mbps before and now it caps at around 93mbps.

I tried different cables, the same cable that showed 200mbps before but all are now around 90 - 93 mbps range.

I also tried a different computer hard wired and that also shows around 90 mbps but same computer with wifi adapter shows 200 mbps.

What happened by just unplugging the wires?

So weird.

Edit: BTW one thing that's different now is the light by the ethernet cable. 
Before, it had green but now it's orange / amber with the same cable, same or any port and same computer.

    Be sure your ethernet adapter is supporting of 1000Mbps and not 100Mbps. 

    Update the ethernet adapter drivers.

    Try a different ethernet adapter.

    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and PC. CAT6 is recommended. 

    So weird.
