C7000v2 Issues with VOIP and Video Calls

I have the C7000v2 connected through Xfinity. Wifi speeds are 200/10 and I have no issues with streaming or web browsing. But every time I have a voip call on Ringcentral or do a video call on Google Duo, the connection is choppy with a huge delay. Mid call, I'll disable wifi and revert to 5G and the connection immediately improves.

Please help, I have no idea how to correct this issue!

What mobile devices do you have?

    Happens on different devices?

Is Smart Connect enabled on the modem?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Enable WMM. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Depending on your current settings, you might try disabling SIP ALG under Advanced -> Setup -> WAN setup.
