C7000v2 No internet
Power was out for 30 minutes. Now wifi is working but no internet. Called xfinity and they stated everything was fine. Have tried to reset router/ modem. Says connected with problems on device. Netgear genie page for admin account settings comes up and cannot get away from it. If I try and set it up says it is blocked by owner. Cannot get internet to work. What to do?

What do the LEDs on the thing show?
Is the Model: A7000|Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi USB Adapter - USB 3.0 listed in your footer involved in this in anyway? Or did you just click the first thing that popped up when you wrote your message?
You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk). (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:

Did you ever find the answer? I tried to find your message on the board they re-directed you to, but couldn't find it.
I have the EXACT same problem with my C7000v2 after a power outage today. I have tried all the resets, stayed on the line for a long time with Xfinity. No solution. They say my modem is 'out of sync' now with their line. But there's no way to get past that netgear 'new password' screen too help them get in sync with my modem.
