C7000V2 No WiFi light and can’t router.net

I’ve tried logging in to the router but none of my devices can find the signal to connect to. Only 2 lights on. The power light and the downstream is blinking. Tried pressing the WiFi button and nothing happens.

    Does a factory reset for 10 seconds then let go and connect a wired PC to the modem and setup or access the setup wizard at 192.168.0.1 work in a browser?

        I would make contact with NG support and get more help. Unit maybe bad now and needs to be RMAd and replaced.
