C7000v2 Router reset and now shows factory network names and passwords

Question

&nbsp;I came home and noticed my internet was out. I expected it was a Cox issue. An hour later, and after all the fixes from the Cox rep. didn't work they determined it was likely a setting on my router. I plugged in to the admin area of the router and noticed the network names&nbsp; for 2 and 5 G had switched back to Netgear75 wireless network name and passwords.&nbsp; I've had this router for one year and this has never happened.&nbsp; What would prompt the router to do this?&nbsp;

Your subject says C7000v2, that's a cable modem/router. Your footer says A7000. (That's a WiFi USB Adapter.)

Your message appears in Nighthawk WiFi Routers. That's something else altogether.
