c7000v2 Slow download speeds - Optimum 200
My download speeds have become unbearably slow. I pay for 200mb/s and my speedtests are averaging 20-30mb/s. Upload speed are normal.
I called Optimum and they say they are getting full speed on thier end, and want to send out a service technician. I don't understand why this is happening all of a sudden. I have been getting full speed or more (200+) downloads for almost a year with this modem.

Do you have a screen snip of your cable connections page and logs? That helps us check the connection and not optimum. Their go to response is "our lines are fine".
If you have any splitters, amplifers, or attenuators in the coax line, remove them.
