C7000v2 Upstream Fail. Constant signal loss, all green lights

I have had consistent problems with Upstream since moving in. The upstream light would turn orange and the TX would be 50-57 on one channel. The modem would subsequently reboot. Rinse and repeat x5-6 times a DAY. I call a tech out and he tells me that it was “because I play my Xbox on WiFi and not Ethernet” (?). However no orange lights and had good uptime...until a day later. Back to resets 4-6 times a day. T3/T4 timeouts, however no orange upstream light. Upstream power has stayed within 40-48 with at least 3 channels locked. What do I do now? I live in an apartment. Mediacom is the only company I can use. The node/tap is outside and my building has 3 other units. Every tech that has come out has been a lazy moron with no help. This may be out of netgears hands, but I’m just looking for help at this point anywhere I can get it because I am simply out of options here.

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs?

    That helps.

I'd remove any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators you have in your line.
