C7100V - No QOS settings feature ?

The new C7100V does not have the QOS feature to prioritize / depriortize certain devices. Comcast provides an upload of only 10MB in my area and I want to be able to deprioritze the traffic from my cameras to the cloud.. but I cannot and as a result I suffer from regular disconnections / slowness of my phone calls or my internet connection on my main PC.

 

Requesting Netgear to get the QOS feature which has been there on all my previous Netgear routers.

    QOS is not available on all Cable modem/routers.
