C7100V Ethernet Connectivity
I have a C7100V and my internet speed when checked through Xfinity is about 200 mbps. My desktop is connected to the modem via an ethernet cable. The desktop internet works well until my wife starts streaming video via facetime or youtube on her mobile devices. When she does that, the desktop seems to lose connectivity to the internet even though connected via ethernet. Any suggestions on how to fix the dual connectivity problem?

If it is a device issue, you might like to check in the appropriate section for your modem/router.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

Do any other devices have issues when she's streaming?
Reason I ask is 200mbps is more than enough to stream a couple 4k streams. It shouldn't be a bandwidth issue.
So I'd be either looking at the pc or at anything like qos, parental controls, traffic monitoring that could be causing issues.
