C7100V Keeps on Turning off and on
I have firmware V2.01.42 and router keeps on turning off repeatedly resulting in admin login, router naming, and router passwords being reset to factory settings. What can I do to resolve this as the router is now unreliable being reset all the time during the day.

To clarify the router is plugged into socket and is not using battery.
Disconnect the coax cable from the modem. Factory reset the modem, press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Wire connect a PC to the back of the modem. Use a web browser and log into the modems setup page and walk thru the setup wizard. Can you complete this wizard?
Does the modem reboot on it's own with the coax cable disconnected?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Took out cable and router continues to restatr repeatedly. Then took out the yellow cord to computer and unplugged, and reset and contunies to restart. What do I do?
Unit need to be replaced. Contact NG support and ask about a RMA.
