C7100V Stuck in a Boot Loop

Our C7100V Cable Modem keeps trying to boot and fails, likely due to a firmware upgrade that went .  Unable to see it to login.   It looks like I will need to connect my windows 11 laptop to it by a cable and try to re-load the firmware.  Would anyone have the instructions to do this along with the firmware file?  Comcast supported firmware may be V2.01.42.  Thanks

You'll need to contact the ISP for this. ISPs are the only ones that can push FW to C and CM series modems. There is no user UI for user updates.

Disconnect the coax cable and power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON with out the coax cable connected, does this stop the boot loop?

It does not.  I have tried every potential solution.  Unfortunately, Comcast tells me to contact Netgear.

Try a 30-30-30 reset with the modem. Look online for this method.
