C7110 V reports Invalid IP address creating port forwarding rule

I'm trying to create a port forwarding rule to allow VPN access to my Windows 2012 Server. I'm creating a custom rule, specify the port and attempt to specify the IP address of my server and receive a message - Invalid IP address - Please enter it again.

The address for my server is a static address 192.168.110.5. I can specify ANY other address in the subnet - ie: .2, .6, .10 with no error.

I have tried creating a rule with a 'phony' address, for example 192.168.110.10 (which the router accepts) and then editing and changing to .5 - same error - Invalid IP

I am able to create port forwarding rules to any other device on the network for RDP, etc. For some reason the router just doesn't 'like' the address ending in .5

I can't change the address of the server, as it is the network Domain Control, DHCP and DNS Server

Hardware Version is V2

Firmware Version  is V2.01.45

Anyone ever run into this. Any suggestions would be appreciated

What happens if you change the static IP address on the Server PC to .10 after configuring a PF rule to .10?

Be sure you disable uPnP on the modem as well.

    Any progress on this?
