C7800 CABLE WORKS NO INTERNET NO WIFI

I'm still having this problem. Had Comcast out yesterday and they replaced the entire line and I'm still having issues. Can you help me make sure the router is operating correctly?

    do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs? 

    that helps check the connection.

    Replaced the modem and now my internet is back up.

     

    ******************WORST $300 I EVER SPENT!! WORKED GREAT FOR THREE MONTHS THEN RANDOM WEEKLY/DAILY OUTAGES FOR 8 MONTHS*****************************************
