C7800 No work in Eurodocsis area

Question

I got to use the C7800 model in Turkey. I can't use it now. When I called the Internet service, I was asked if they supported Eurodocsis.
Can I use this product in Turkey? Is the problem getting the Docsis 3.0 service? What should I do to use?

You will just have to ask your ISP if that modem is on there supported list of modems.

If change US Freq Range 5-42 MHz to 5-85 MHz, this modem will be work. Its posslible change us freq range?
