Cable company activation c3000
Tonight I replaced the xfinity modem for a new netgear c3000. The assoc. claim the moden is live on her end. My wifi on my phone nor my blueray connection is not working. The same thing" happened "with the last netgear c3000 , forcing me to rent from xfinity from the installer. Please help

Have you made sure you are using WPA2 security on the router? also you may want to change wireless channels to get a better connection. if its still not working you may want to factory reset the modem and set up the wireless settings again.
