Cable Modem ethernet ports not working
C7000-100NAS cable modem with Xfinity. The wired ethernet ports are not working. Xfinity/Comcast seems to control the firmware.

Did you change any settings in the router recently like modem only mode?

Hi Darren,
No, I haven't changed anything recently. Though I didn't test out the ethernet ports when I first connected the modem a few months ago, so this could have been the case from the beginning. I see a "Router Mode" option, but that is set to "Yes".

I could suggest to try and do a factory reset see if they work then if not you may want to contact support if the modem is still under warranty.
