Ask if they support customer owned modems and if so what ones are recommended also make sure its a coax cable connection they use.

You would have to check with your ISP if that would be compatible are you getting a cable connection or a fiber connection?

Thanks a lot because in France those ISP are driving me nutts!
They always oblige you to use their crappy devices!
Why can't a regulator oblige them to let users use or not their crap and standardazie their protocols!
