Can’t connect to my N300 WiFi router (Model WNR2000v5)

I connected my router to the modem. All of the lights are green and I was able to connect my iPhone earlier today when I initially activated my xfinity service. Now, I can’t connect at all. I tried using my wife’s iPhone and it won’t connect either. I tried turning off the router and turning it back on but no luck.

What xfinity router are you connected to? (model)

running 2 routers on the same network puts you in a double nat. If the xfinity device is a modem/router combo device, the xfinity either needs to be put in passthrough mode or the netgear in AP (access point) mode.

I had that same issue. I upgraded to the nighthawk ac1900 modem router & now my speeds have doubled!

The OP might even see better gains depending on their service. The wnr2000 is a pretty old N300 single band 10/100mbps device. pretty base level router even when it came out.
