Can C7000 modem/router serve as base for Arlo security camera?

I'm looking to purchase some Arlo cameras but am trying to determine if I need the Arlo base or if I can purchase add-on cameras and link them directly to this router.  I read the R7000 can serve as a base for the Arlo cameras, eliminating the need for a separate base.  I'm wondering if the C7000 can-do the same.

    Hello ccislander

No the C7000 can not act as a base for the Wire free arlo cameras you would still need the base station in order to use them.

Can I use Readyshare (a thumbdrive) to store video from my Arlo cameras instead of a cloud service ?
